RENTAL INFORMATION

$650.00 per day plus a $600.00 damage deposit

 

$250.00 per day plus a $300.00 damage deposit

Main Banquet Hall Weekend Rate 

 

     2 day  -  Fri & Sat  or  Sat & Sun   $1025.00  plus a $600.00 damage deposit

     3 day  -  Fri, Sat and Sun                $1350.00  plus a $600.00 damage deposit

 

 

*  Rental of the Fireside Room with a one day rental of the Main Banquet Hall is $250.00/day

    plus a $300.00 damage deposit.

 

*  Rental of the Fireside Room with a 2 or 3 day rental of the Main Banquet Hall is

   $200.00/day for the same night(s) the Main Banquet Hall is rented plus a $300.00 damage

   deposit.

 

*  All prices above do not include GST.

 

*  All prices are subject to change without notice.

Main Hall Banquet Room:

 

Capacity 250 people, round tables, rectangular tables, attached patio, deck and gas firepit, natural gas barbecue, large commercial kitchen, air exchange system, wheel chair accessible, ample parking.

 

 

Fireside Room:

 

Capacity 50 people, gas fireplace, bar area, pool table, shuffleboard table, small kitchen area with sink, fridge/freezer and mircrowave, wheel chair accessible, ample parking.  Rental of the Fireside room does not include use of the main kitchen or the deck and barbecue.

General Information

 

* A Rental Deposit of $600.00 for the Banquet Room and/or $250.00 for the Fireside

  Room must be paid in full in order for us thold/reserve the date(s).  This deposit will go

  towards the rental and damage deposit amounts.

 

*  Any remaining rental amounts, damage deposit(s) and equipment rental

   amounts must be paid in full three (3) weeks prior to the function date.  If the

   outstanding balances are not paid in full three (3) weeks prior to the function

   date, the reservation will be cancelled without notification or refund of any rental

   money or deposit(s) paid.

 

*  Any cancellation of rental dates after the Rental Agreement has been signed but

   before three (3) weeks prior to the function date will result in forfeiture of half of

   the the rental deposit(s) paid.

 

*  Any cancellation of rental dates, for any reason, within three (3) weeks prior to

   the function date will result in complete forfeiture of all monies paid.

 

*  Leefield Community League now accepts Debit, Visa, Master Card, Cash or Cheque

   payments.  

 

*  Plates, cups, glasses, cutlery, salt/pepper shakers, water pitchers, tablecloths,

   napkins, coffee urns, podium and microphone with stand are available for rent at

   additional costs.  If renting any of these items, the order and payment in full must be made

   at least three weeks prior to rental date.

 

*  All rentals are from 8:30am to 2:00am each day.   The hall must be vacated by 2:00am

   each and every night.  The renter is responsible for all persons involved with their function

   including guests, employees and volunteers.

 

*   There is no overnight sleeping or camping allowed on Leefield Community League

     property.  This includes all rooms in the Hall and the Parking Lot.  Vehicles can be left

     and picked up the next day but all renters and guests must vacate the property by

     2:00am.

 

*  All renters must have a minimum $2,000,000.00 Comprehensive General Liability

    Insurance Coverage and name the community league as an additional insured.  This 

    must cover every day of the rental.  When providing, serving or selling liquor at any

    function, host liquor liability coverage (3rd party liquor liability insurance) must be

    included in the policy for any and every day liquor is on the premises and/or consumed

    in the building or on the property.  This Insurance is in addition to the Liquor License.

 

*  It is recommended that all servers used for bar service be trained through the Pro-Serve

   Training program.

 

*  Picture I.D. is required on all rentals.

 

*  All renters must be 18 years of age or older.

 

*  Leefield Community League charges a service fee of $25.00 for any N.S.F. cheques and

   $15.00 to put stop payment on and reissue lost cheques.

 

*  Leefield Community League does not replace lost or stale dated cheques after 1 year

   past the date of issue.
